Publication

This publication reflects on the BALUSA Group’s 8-year long effort to provide policy recommendations aimed at normalizing Indo-Pakistani relations. More specifically, the author traces the individual contributions made by BALUSA’s senior Indian, Pakistani, and American security and diplomacy experts, and highlights the major successes achieved by the group over the course of its campaign. The author additionally identifies a number of key lessons learned that may spur progress toward durable peace on the subcontinent.
