Publication

This paper addresses the role of weapons in Kosovo's society. It discusses the reasons for people to possess weapons and examines how weapons can be collected or controlled. It concludes by offering a set of policy recommendations for any regime to control civilian possession of weapons, collect weapons and control international transfers of small arms and light weapons.
