In 2016, Australia launched a new national cybersecurity strategy, covering a four-year period up to 2020. To contribute the public debate on what Australia should include in its next strategy, this publication brings together a collection of articles on the subject. The issues addressed include 1) the role of corporations in Australia in detecting and deterring cyberattacks; 2) why Australia needs to define a clear common goal for the next strategy; 3) why the Australian government should address the issue of how best to help citizens to help themselves when it comes to cybersecurity, and more.
