This policy brief explores concerns about Bangladesh changing its approach to engaging terrorist groups by adopting a military-led strategy instead of engagement through police and intelligence action. The author suggests consulting Pakistan's experience with counter-terrorist operations in its federally administered tribal areas to avoid negative repercusssions.
