This paper describes how Australia’s private sector looks at cyberspace management and norms. More specifically, the paper’s authors review 1) the existing international bodies that deal with the formulation of these unique norms; 2) the impact the norms have had on Australian businesses and industry; 3) how governments and the private sector might partner more closely together to craft effective cyber standards; and 4) which norms are most conducive for economic growth and prosperity.
