Vietnam is currently seeking reparations from US companies for the use of the chemical Agent Orange during the Vietnam War. In response, this publication reflects on the long-term effects the US military’s use of chemical weapons during the war continue to have for civilians in Vietnam as well as neighboring Laos and Cambodia.
