This text looks at how geopolitically motivated cyber-attacks are shaping national security strategies in the Nordic-Baltic region. In addition to highlighting the specific attributes of these attacks, the text’s author 1) explores how cyber asymmetries have exposed national vulnerabilities in this part of Europe, and 2) recommends “more intense” responses to the threats that exist.
