Saferworld is an independent, internationally-oriented organization that works to prevent violent conflict and build safer lives. In pursuing these ends, it 1) performs research and analysis that is designed to improve multi-level policies and practices that help build lasting peace, and 2) works with those negatively affected by conflict to improve their safety and sense of security.
