The United Nationals Development Programme (UNDP) is the UN's global development network, an organization advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. It focuses on helping countries build and share solutions to four main areas: poverty reduction and achievement of the MDGs; democratic governance; crisis prevention and recovery; and environment and energy for sustainable development.
