This report provides an overview of the European Union Police Mission (EUPM) in Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2003. It looks at the impact the mission has made in the Western Balkans, its relevance for modern EU crisis management, as well as the lessons learned for future police missions in conflict-affected countries.
