Organizations and Resources Network
The European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) is an autonomous EU agency that 1) fosters a common security culture within the Union, 2) supports the creation and implementation of EU foreign policy, and 3) enriches strategic debates in and out of Europe. (Note: The EUISS accomplishes these tasks within the context of the EU Common Foreign and Security Policy [CFSP] and its principles.)
