This first section of this yearbook contains a study of the way governments in selected countries around the world predict security problems, the issues they try to grapple with and the challenges they face in connecting their predictions to policy action. The rest of the yearbook consists of a collection of European Union documents, facts figures, tables and information related to EU security.
