This yearbook provides an overview of the EU's external actions and policies and European defense spending in 2013. It includes a collection of European security-related documents, a chronology of facts and figures, as well as an overview of the changes and developments that have occurred in Tunisian, Egyptian and Libyan society in 2013. It also includes a report of the activities of the EU Institute for Security Studies’ (EUISS) in 2013.
