This commentary looks ahead to some of the events set to occur in Central Asia in 2014 after the withdrawal of ISAF from Afghanistan, with special focus on Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan as well as on "the outside players" China, the US and Russia.
