This article looks at how the EU’s Global Strategy provides a new perspective for those shaping Brussels’ Security and Defence Implementation Plan (SDIP). It also examines how the Union can make Europe and Europeans feel safer – i.e., more secure, able, forward-looking, engaged and responsive.
