This publication features two documents that were instrumental in honing the 2016 EU Global Strategy (EUGS) on foreign and security policy. The reason for releasing the texts is to reveal the EUGS’ analytical underpinnings, clarify its intentions, and facilitate its implementation in the months and years ahead.
