More specifically, it 1) overviews the two country's overall relations, particularly since the 1960s; 2) zeros in on their strategic, diplomatic and military ties; 3) considers various aspects of their economic cooperation; and 4) considers how future Chinese-Zimbabwean ties could shape Beijing’s relations with other African states.
