Publication

This publication examines the history, training and development of NCOs and junior specialists at the 72nd Guards Training Center in Belarus. The publication is based on reproduced material from the Belarusian Ministry of Defense, with the author arguing its value is significant because it is the first such document to be translated into English. The paper concludes that although equipment and training techniques may be old fashioned, the armed forces are happy with the product.
