This publication synopsizes the various assessments, conclusions and proposals which arose at the International Conference on Ukrainian Security Governance Challenges. The topics covered include 1) the status of security sector reform (SSR) in Ukraine and the broad challenges facing its security governance framework; 2) SSR oversight and reform priorities, particularly by the Ukrainian Parliament; and 3) the international community’s support for Ukraine’s security sector reforms.
