This report summarizes the proceedings of the second international conference on Ukrainian security sector governance (SSG). In addition to highlighting the conference’s key messages and outcomes, the report 1) provides a comprehensive review of international SSG best practices, and 2) synopsizes the roles the judiciary, gender/human rights, and civil society/media play within security sector governance.
