Publication

This report presents a number of recommendations for actions that are needed to ensure that the EU becomes a more attractive place for investment and education and research opportunities. It is the result of five meetings held between September 2009 and May 2010. The overall impression is that Europe has all the necessary ‘pieces’, but the puzzle has to be completed by involving the stakeholders and taking account of market needs when choosing the direction of policy.
