The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) is an independent policy research institute dedicated to producing sound policy research leading to constructive solutions to the challenges facing Europe today. The CEPS Task Force Reports contain the conclusions and policy recommendations that follow from discussion, debate and analytical presentations made in the course of CEPS Task Force sessions, reinforced by substantiating research carried out by expert rapporteurs.
