This report focuses on sector-wide, transnational approaches that aim to engage a sector on a broad international basis in order to tackle global climate change. It includes purely industry-based initiatives, public-private partnerships and technology-oriented approaches and identifies the key requirements for global sectoral industry approaches to work.
