This issue of the Baltic Security and Defence Review examines a range of defense related topics. It examines Polish air operations in the Baltics, Operation Unified Protector in Libya, the potential for a NATO-African Union partnership. It also looks into more technical issues like monitoring and evaluation in military organizations, the framework of pre-emptive strategic development operations and the influence of the management movement on the military organizations. It lastly examines the military and the management movement and the unifications of Canada's armed forces.
