This issue of the Baltic Security and Defence Review examines a range of defense related topics. It examines Polish air operations in the Baltics, Operation Unified Protector in Libya, the potential for a NATO-African Union partnership. It also looks into more technical issues like monitoring and evaluation in military organizations, the framework of pre-emptive strategic development operations and the influence of the management movement on the military organizations.
