This collection of essays provides a platform for preliminary thoughts about the future management of Arab sovereign wealth. In the context of the turbulences to which Arab sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) have been exposed, the authors address a range of issues relative to the further integration of Arab SWFs into the global financial architecture. A special focus in put on how best to put the Arab world’s wealth to work, and on the broader reform agenda in a region of the world that increasingly focuses on its sources of revenue beyond oil.
