This testimony discusses the future deployment of the MV-22 Osprey aircraft. The speaker questions the Marine Corps plan to replace all of its medium-lift helicopters (the CH-46E Sea Knight and the CH-53D Sea Stallion) with the MV-22 and suggests that the Corps revisit this plan to see whether a mixed fleet of MV-22s and a replacement helicopter might be better.
