Series

The Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA) is an independent non-partisan research institute established to promote thinking and debate about national security and investment options. The organization provides defense budget spending, emerging threat and national security analysis to decision makers in the executive and legislative branches of the US government. The CSBA Testimony are remarks on topical policy issues prepared by invited witnesses for Congressional and Executive branch hearings.
