This paper provides information on assisted corporate conversion in Moldova. The authors detail specific international support measures and collaborative consulting for various business restructuring processes in the country's former arms industry. The paper provides an evaluation of the shortcomings as well as successes encountered in the conversion process, and features a set of recommendations for similar projects in the future.
