This issue features articles on 1) the military means of Central Asian states; 2) NATO, Russia and European security; 3) why the Kosovo model is a bad precedent for conflict management in the Caucasus; 4) military security within the framework of security studies; 5) field research results on international experiences in the operationalization of Culture for Military Operations; 6) Content Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) in Polish higher military education. It also includes guidance for those in charge of conducting police capacity building related activities on how to adjust and rebuild police institutions.
