This 2008 summer supplement to the PfP Consortium's Quarterly Journal is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of NATO's Partnership for Peace. The individual chapters trace the history of the Partnership from its inception in 1998, evaluate its successes and shortcomings and offer recommendations for future developments.
