Series

The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) is a pan-European think-tank, research institute and advocacy group. Its objective is to conduct research and promote informed debate across Europe on the development of coherent and effective European values-based foreign policy. This ECFR Policy Brief series looks at a range of issues related to the EU, including its foreign and diplomatic strategy, EU integration and enlargement, the EU's institutions, and relations within the EU.
