Series

In 2010, the Council of the European Union created the EU Non-Proliferation Consortium, which is managed jointly by four institutes. The purpose of the Consortium is to bring together foreign policy institutions and research centers from across Europe in order to develop long-term measures that might combat the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and their delivery systems. The EU Non-Proliferation Papers series presents the fruits of their labors.
