Series

The mission and overall goal of the Institute for Security Studies (ISS) is to advance human security in Sub-Saharan Africa. It does so by providing evidence-based policy advice, technical support and capacity building expertise to those that need it. In turn, this ISS Africa Reports Series provides a forum for research on human security issues in the Central, Eastern and Southern African regions.
