Series

The Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA) is a nonprofit, independent and public policy-centered research institute that focuses on national security strategy, defense planning and military investment options for the 21st century. The goal of the CSBA Studies Series is to help policymakers in the executive and legislative branches of the US government make informed decisions in all these areas, primarily through in-depth monographs.
